Together and separately we have an extensive professional experience, we have advised, worked for, and created several companies. Some of the companies failed, many failed due to the same reason

​We have seen companies be born, grow, succeed and yes, fail. We have observed that many of those, those that failed, failed for reasons that had nothing to do with the business side of the company but because of the tension between partners or executives.

What we learned was the following:

  • A lot effort is usually invested into the company’s hardware, the product. 

  • Very little effort is usually invested into the company’s software, the human relations. 

  • This is why we both decided to work on our software ( our human side ) through the study of leadership and coaching. This also brought us together.

We've spent a combined 40+ years supporting businesses, , as entrepreneurs, consultants, innovation advisors and finally as leadership developers, and, we see the same recurring problem:

  • The unproductive conflict between people destroys the effectiveness of companies

  • Reactive leadership behaviors generate conflict and demotivate teams

  • This results in a higher turnover of people and lower performance of employees

 

A study conducted by The Leadership Circle in 2006 demonstrated that there is an inverse correlation between reactive behaviors such as fear of failure, not being accepted, or being wrong with leadership effectiveness and business performance.

In our personal and business experience, we have observed that leaders who went through personal development, those leaders who:

  • Know their strengths and embrace their weaknesses

  • Are connected with who they are, their values, and their purpose

  • Are capable of generating creative behaviors of empowering their teams and creating intrinsic motivation

 

Create better economic results and manage to attract and retain the best talents

The same 2006 study showed that there is a direct correlation between creative behaviors like empowering your team, personal development, authenticity, systemic awareness, and achievement with leadership effectiveness and business performance.

For this reason, we invite you to invest in the leadership development of your managers, you will not only generate happier work spaces, you will generate better economic results.
